• Principal's involvement with the project architect from its inception through the feasibility study, design development, design detailing, contract documentation and contract administration. The direct involvement of the Principal in each project eliminates duplication and inefficiencies often found with other management structures. Furthermore, it ensures the Client of a high degree of personalised professional service at all times.



• To thoroughly understand the Client's needs so as to ensure that not only is the design architecturally individual, but functional, both for the present and future uses.



• To integrate the engineering services, interior & graphic designers, and other specialist consultants, to preserve the aesthetic quality of the building. To this end, continual and close consultation with all Consultants is required during the design and documentation stages of the building.



• To provide detailed drawings and comprehensive specifications. This encourages keen tendering by builders and results in the most competitive price for the Client.
